What a 90-day SEO sprint actually looks like

Most SEO retainers drift. A sprint does the opposite: it fixes a short list of things in a fixed window and reports on revenue, not rankings. Here is how we run ours.

Days 1 to 30: find the leaks

We crawl the site, pull twelve months of search data and map every page to the query it should win. The output is a ranked list of fixes, each with an estimated revenue effect, so nobody argues about priorities later.

Days 31 to 60: ship the fixes

Technical issues go first because they compound. Then we rewrite the ten pages closest to page one. Small moves here pay back fastest.

  • Fix indexing and internal linking
  • Rewrite titles and openings for the top ten pages
  • Consolidate pages competing for the same query

Days 61 to 90: publish and measure

New content only starts once the foundation holds. We publish four to six pieces aimed at buying-intent queries and track assisted revenue weekly.

If a sprint cannot name the pages it changed and the revenue they now earn, it was a retainer in disguise.

At day 90 you get a one-page report: what changed, what it earned, and what we would do next.
